We start by listening — the site conditions, your brief, budget, and timeline. This stage exists to surface constraints before they become surprises later.

Planning
Drawings, engineering review, and a documented scope of work. Nothing moves to site until the plan has been reviewed and you've signed off on it.

Engineering
Structural, material, and systems decisions are made deliberately, with the reasoning recorded so it can be explained — not just executed.

Execution
Site supervision follows a defined sequence. You receive scheduled updates rather than needing to visit or call to find out where things stand.

Quality Assurance
Inspection checkpoints happen at defined phases of the build — foundation, framing, systems, finishes — not only at the very end.

Completion
Handover includes documentation: what was built, which materials were used, and where. You leave with a record, not just a set of keys.

Support
Post-handover, you have a defined point of contact. Warranty terms, where offered, are stated plainly rather than left to interpretation.
